Deadline for Submittal: July 23, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
The following Bid covers all associated cost included in the work as described in the attached package. The work is to be completed for MDOT on the WB US-10 Eastman Off-Ramp (Exit 122), beginning in the City of Midland, Midland County from 123 feet east of the Eastman Ave centerline and continuing easterly up the ramp. Work may start immediately after receiving approval from MDOT (estimated date: Aug 3), and the project must be completed by September 18, 2015. Work shall commence on a Monday and be completed within 21 consecutive calendar days. One lane of ramp traffic must be open at all times. In the three lane section of the ramp, two lanes must be open to traffic at all times. No work shall be performed or lane closures allowed during the Labor Day holiday period starting from Thursday at noon until Tuesday at normal starting time. If this is not possible, please write “NO BID” in the price and return to us.
